"Nice hotel in Ponferrada. Location is far from old town so it added more walking to our Camino de Santiago during site seeing. The area is not the best neighborhood in Ponferrada but safe. Rooms are clean and upto date. The staff is extremely helpful and professional."

"We stayed here for our segment of our Camino pilgrimage. We opted to trek on ebike and our bike rentals were here and ready when we got here. The staff were very nice and accomodating."
